One Response to Committee meeting 15 – held Tuesday May 25th 2010

  1. Del Sinnott says:

    The day of the rats.
A very pale Principle arrived at the office door with a comment “The place is crawling with rats”. Upon questioning him he said that next door to the school under the Walnut trees were hundreds of rats running around. So we had to go and see if he was seeing things. But indeed he was not seeing things. There were rats running around under the trees and we all went a lighter shade of pale.
There was a small gully near by and rubbish had been thown down and so the rats knew they were on to a good thing. The Board Of Trustees were called and a phone call to the neighbours to meet and hopefully get them under control. The poor Principle had a very bad reaction to furry creatures and was most relieved to see the Rat Eradication boys working the next day to get rid of them.
